A highlight for us was the bathroom, which featured underfloor heating—it made our evening routines so warm and pleasant. The service here is exceptional; the staff consistently went above and beyond our expectations. We loved the delicious breakfast each morning, and the complimentary cookies served every afternoon were a delightful touch that we looked forward to. The free airport shuttle also made our logistics completely stress-free. We will definitely choose Dilimah Premium Luxury Hotel again when we return to Samarkand!

There was no hot water. Air conditioner barely worked. The staff did not provide the instructions about the room we spent about 2 hours without lights. In order to turn on the lights inside the room you have to insert the room key to the certain place.
