「could not use the pool & spa unless we paid £ 50 each for 2 hours which was a surprise when i checked in to the hotel for an overnight」

「The entire hotel was absolutely freezing cold including the bar area. Also having a glass shower cubicle in the bedroom is not acceptable. 」

「There was no hot water in the room, the Tele didn't work as there was no signal, there'was no milk for tea or coffee 」

「Absolute dump of a place above an abandoned bar. Reception was a bloke in a car. How this has been deemed fit for use I dont know. Avoid」
