Great location - approx. 50m from the railway station and 400m from Loreburn Hall, the venue for the gig we went to. Quality breakfast. Lovely B&B - our bedroom had a proper-sized TV, the central lounge was bright and tastefully furnished, the breakfast room had great bay windows and quality furniture. Doonhamer hospitality. Adequate on-site parking.

This is an excellent b&b,we stayed in the annex(Huntington suite).A very well decorated and furnished annex. It was very quiet and the room was very well heated if you wanted it and had a fan. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great with low level walk in shower. Please be careful when showering as water does get onto the floor past the screen and the floor can be slippery.A good tv and comfortable couch and chair. A very spacious room and I highly recommend this place. Breakfast is served in the main house and is very worthwhile. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Had a great one night stop over here. Stayed in the Annex which was spacious quiet and very comfortable. Parking space and an easy walk into town. There was a reasonable choice of breakfast items and it was well cooked and tasty. There was Wi-Fi but unfortunately there was nothing to tell you what the password was which would have been helpful. Overall very happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Dumfries.
