"I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Savannah Airport for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and surrounded by other hotels and services, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and exactly what I expect from the DoubleTree brand. The only downside was the check-in experience. We arrived around 11:00 PM after a very long trip and were greeted by a front desk associate who seemed exhausted and uninterested. Even after mentioning that I am a Hilton Honors member, the interaction felt cold and impersonal. We were simply asked for an ID, and although we were eventually offered the famous DoubleTree cookies, it felt more like an obligation than a welcome. I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and this was the first time I did not feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. Fortunately, the excellent room and overall property helped make up for that disappointing first impression. I would stay here again, but I hope future guests receive the warm hospitality that Hilton is known for."

"This is always one of our favorites for a quick getaway. Convenient to the interstate. Away from downtown but easily accessible to downtown or trip to Hilton Head Frontage road excellent for early morning run Breakfast always well done. Highly recommended. Three night visit was perfect. Will be planning a return in the near future"

"This place was awful. I took my 3 teenagers for the rock the country concert weekend. Every drawer stayed open, the walls were disgusting, stains on all the bedding, the hair dryer didn’t work and was gross, the mini fridge was dirty and stunk, they gave us 2 towels for 4 people and it took so much to get more. Will never stay here again."
