Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious super king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in robe. The second bedroom also includes a super king bed, while upstairs, the third bedroom offers a super king bed plus an additional single bed with a trundle bed. The fourth bedroom features a super king bed, a private balcony with stunning mountain views, and a spacious play area complete with toys, games, and a TV — the ultimate kids’ hideaway. For added flexibility, three of the bedrooms have super king beds that can be split into two singles, making the home ideal for families or groups.



Multiple living spaces ensure everyone has room to relax, including a cosy lounge, spacious open-plan living and dining area, and a separate office for those needing to work during their stay. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee plunger, makes mealtimes a breeze. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer, along with generous parking including a carport and ample off-street space, makes it the ideal spot for longer stays.



Outdoors, enjoy peaceful rural views from the outdoor seating area, explore the nearby pond, or take advantage of the home’s proximity to the local cycle trail network, just 400 metres from the house. A scenic 7km ride takes you to Arrowtown via the Wharehuanui Trail, or venture 8km to Arthur’s Point. For winter adventurers, it’s only a 20-minute drive to the top of Coronet Peak, and Queenstown’s airport, town centre, and Arrowtown are all within 10–15 minutes by car.

Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.



Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be directed to our guest portal. Before check-in, you’ll need to complete a quick identity verification by scanning your driver’s license or passport. This step ensures the property owners` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system.
