「This was everything you want when you rent a house! Amenities exactly as described or better. Here’s what stood out: the signage and welcome packets meant we knew how to use every single thing in the house. The downstairs bedroom is on the basement level (built into the side of the hill) so it was windowless and perfectly chilly. Best sleep literally since we had kids six years ago. I slept until 8:30… unheard of. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee, creamer, basic spices, a little oil) and...

「This was the perfect space for our weekend getaway! I am a sucker for interesting old buildings and this one felt like a great balance between historic and modernized. The large jacuzzi tub was an especially welcome amenity during the winter storm that kept us cozied up inside. Our hosts were great, too! Very reasonable check-out requests and my husband really enjoyed the selection of teas they provided. 」

Twenty-five minutes from the Clydesdale Experience in Taneyville. We had a wonderful time with the gentle giants. The house was clean and the owners instructions above the sink were very helpful. 」

The home is so close to entertainment and shopping but far enough away to feel safe and enjoy some peace and quiet.」

「The house is fantastic and the location is perfect. It’s close proximity to Branson and Springfield make it perfect with its small town feel. The only distraction is the living room furniture. It is low to the ground and very rigid. The beds are wonderful and very comfortable. The two car garage was also very nice. We will definitely be repeat customers. The host is very friendly and answered questions quickly. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. 」

「The Cozy Coop Cottage was perfect for our Branson trip. It is located within walking distance to Main Street and the shops at The Landing. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well-stocked and even included a good supply of coffee...a plus for me. I would highly recommend this property. 」
