「Good communication with our host, home was clean, popcorn provided was a hit for our kids 」

「Host is very argumentative and won’t resolve any issues you may have. I reached out to inform the host that the toilet was not working and that me or my guest couldn’t connect to WiFi only to get no resolution. I had to fix the toilet myself and we went without WiFi connection. The floors were still dirty in one of the bedrooms. They only provided towels not wash cloths so bring your own. 「There was a slight hiccup with the check in process, but once the host became aware she went over the top to make sure everything went smoothly!!! The customer service will have me booking again! The location was perfect! Within walking distance of any tourist area in the downtown San Antonio area.」
