「The whole property including the parking garage, lobby and the room itself were immaculate. They clearly take pride in keeping things in great shape for their guests. 「The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. 「This is an apartment that is not all owned by KASA. That is kind of confusing from the website. But overall the site felt safe and the accommodations were very satisfactory for my stay. I had an initial issue with the WiFi but it was resolved through communications with KASA. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful but recommend bringing out supplying your own detergent is recommended if you intend to use them.
