"Although we had booked a room for three people, there was initially no extra bed and the amenities were not prepared for three guests. After we contacted the hotel through Expedia to explain the situation, the issue was handled immediately, and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for the prompt response.
It was disappointing that the on-site staff did not resolve the issue promptly despite being informed three times. However, in the end, we were very satisfied with our stay.
In particular, the breakfast was excellent—varied, high quality, and delicious. A senior male manager was especially kind and attentive, and his hospitality left a very positive impression on us.
Although the hotel is relatively expensive, its location—just one minute from the Duomo—is outstanding, and the convenience of being in such a central area made our stay even more enjoyable."
