"Nice and quiet, nobody bothered us it was great"

"I stayed here as a part of a solo hiking trip to Hocking Hills, and I could not have been more impressed. The price was exceptional (two nights for less than the price of one elsewhere). And to be clear, this isn't a high-end place with a ton of frills. But there is more than enough to make it a tremendous value. My only interaction with staff was professional and quick. The public areas are well apportioned...reasonably clean with plenty of light. I even went to the patio area my first morning and the views were great. The room was incredibly clean. Spotless. The bathroom and shower were the same. Even the corners and inside the microwave and fridge. I've read some complaints about the bed being uncomfortable. Mine was absolutely fine...a bit on the soft side, but nothing at all uncomfortable. Breakfast was lean...a waffle maker but no other hot items. But what they had (prepackaged muffins, granola bars, cereal) was fine. The coffee was also very good. This is a place which is a hidden gem and, if I'm ever in the area again, whether solo, or with family, I will be staying here. Kudos to the staff and students of Hocking College for running such a good institution."

"Excellent hotel, great relation cost/benefit. Only 45 min away from Hocking Hills. Good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. Nice and warm pool open until midnight which is a big plus after a tired day at hocking hills."

"It’s a nice new hotel. Right across the street from Wal-mart but doesn’t feel like it. It’s clean, new and close to OU. We booked another night a few months away while we were there!"

"My rating is at the price point. The bed and pillows were perfect and I’m picky. The place was clean and I always inspect before I unload into a room. The I heated pool was clean and open. HVAC worked and had excellent controllability. Friendly staff. I would stay here and go out of my way to stay here. It’s everything a motel should be. Only thing I would’ve like was a vending machine. But you’re minutes from anything you need and Pizza Hut next door. "
