「Wow! Five stars! Great location, clean rooms, fantastic food and THE friendliest manager and staff. Reasonable prices for Alaska and home grown breakfast included????! My only regret is not sampling the rhubarb grown on site. Thank you!!!」

「The facility is new. The staff was unprepared. The room was wrong (1 bed vs 2)! So someone had to sleep on sofa bed. The staff just said 'Oh well this is all we have left tonight.' The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. if that is all you are looking for then this place probably works but you will NOT have any other good feelings from staying in this location and we were not the only group that you could hear complaining in the lobby!」

「I stayed here the night before I caught the ferry and it was fantastically comfortable. The only issue that I had, and it was very minor, was finding the check-in instructions, but it was no trouble - another guest showed me the way. Well, there was a second issue. The driveway is very steep with some very sharp turns. I had everything I owned in the back of my pickup, so with the added weight, it was problematic for me to maneuver the driveway. If I'd known, I would have parked on the road and...

「The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.」
