「Make sure you call and actually talk to someone before you book and pay for a room. My husband and I arrived to the hotel only to find the office was closed. There was a sign that said dial xx number for new reservations. I spoke to someone and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. This is after my reservation was confirmed and paid for. I’m still trying to get a refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 0 stars. Book at your own risk if you like...

Big T ist ein großartiger Manager, der uns immer sehr freundlich behandelt und stets hilfsbereit ist, egal worum es geht! Brandon und Casey geben sich große Mühe, damit sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!」

「Perfect quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us (2 adults and a toddler). It is a 10-15 min drive to zoo, old downtown sites, but 1-5 min drive for essential places. Check in instructions were on website, but we needed to ask for access code. Laundry room was a bonus! Check out instructions were listed on site, but were somewhat different in the BNB so we were unsure which to go by, but we went with the website instructions. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!」
