「This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!」

The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from great food, right across the street from the ocean, and super close to the venue. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again! 」

「Perfect location and beautiful view. The condo was clean but very tired. It is time for a make over. Could use a paint job and update. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off with broken hinges and a few cabinet doors painted a different color. Kitchen ware is random and could all be replaced. Furniture is dated and could stand to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Management company was responsive and fine. I wouldn’t stay again. I would pick one of the other units in this building by seaside...

「We had a great time! The condo was clean and very well kept. Great location to restaurants and the beach. This was our 3rd year in October in Santa Rosa. First time at Golden on 30A such a cute place! We had plenty of towels and a great starter basket of essentials. A little communication glitch trying to check in early but all in all a great trip!」
