「Perfect residential location for visiting our family in the Bay area, as well as visiting local attractions. The patio with a view of the bay along with a breeze coming across Bayshore Drive was perfect for beginning the day!」

「We had an amazing time at this property with our adult children and grandchildren. Kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. House was clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like home for the time we were there. Bryant was very accommodating and was always available if needed. 「Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.」

「If you want to check in early 75$ fee- the place is fantastic very nice. But I had zero replies from the hosts the entire time. Also something to note there's some sort of maintenance person coming by at least everyday of the week. So just something to keep in mind. The property is great and very well taken care of but just some things to keep in mind. We even tried to extend the stay but never heard a reply from hosts.」
