「We had a good overall experience at this place. Mattress in bedroom not my favorite, maybe needs box springs on bed. Location was good. This place was clean and had everything we needed. 」

「The Cloud was wonderful, ideally located, convenient to great dining and within walking distance to several of the city's main attractions. The neighborhood and home were quiet and felt comfortable and cozy. We will definitely be back. 」

「I was so impressed with the space and how clean & inviting it was. It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. It felt as if I were living in NYC with the hardwood floors, exposed brick and large windows. The location was a wonderful refreshing walk from where I needed to be. I hope to get an opportunity to stay there again when I am back in Chattanooga. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home. 」

「Location is in walking district of many places to eat, the old train station and some very nice speakeasys. We drove to the Tennessee railroad museum and the Southern Belle Sunset cruise, both very nice. The house was beautiful and artistically decorated and all around comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The only thing i would suggest would be to keep a bottle of olive oil or something for those who like to cook in.」

「Great property. Great location. Alexa was a great communicator. It wasn’t an issue for my husband and I but the space is small. If you have large suitcases there may not be enough space.」

「Location, location, location! Great home base for my long weekend in Chattanooga just north of downtown in Northshore in a very quiet neighborhood. Had everything I needed and Megan is very prompt in her communication!」

「The place was clean with everything we needed. Jermey is a fantastic host. I was even able to charge my EV with a level 2 charger overnight. They also have fantastic WiFi all over the property.」

「Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There...

「This was a cute place, comfortable and well stocked with coffee and snacks.I was only in the Chattanooga area for a couple of days and found so much to do right in the St. Elmo area, so convenient.」

「Wonderful spacious historic home! We had the two combined 2nd floor apartments which was plenty of room and privacy for 5 adults and 3 small children. Very relaxing to enjoy our families together. Very close to all the major attractions and restaurants. 」
