「Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. 「Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. 「What made this property and stay extraordinary was the host. Juliette was so wonderful! She made us an amazing to-order breakfast. She gave us a box to safely travel with a fragile purchase. She got a map and marked it all up for us with recommendations on what to see and where to go on a lovely hike, plus with the scenic route to get there. She recommended a dinner location and told us to stop in at the Thrifty so we could get very discounted ferry tickets. She was super friendly and we...

「Pros: rural setting, large suite, comfortable bed Cons: need electrical upgrade as only one kitchen appliance could operate at a time. 4 large dogs live upstairs- when they get excited lots of running and barking.」

「The suite was tidy and well organized. Great neighborhood for walking around to explore nearby beaches and parks. The hosts are kind and responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Our two dogs loved the backyard to run around and lay in the sun. The laundry machines are a huge bonus. Definitely would recommend this suite for pet owners. 「Overall place was okay. Ideas to make things better. 1. There were no staff or contact numbers available to help and answer questions. 2. No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. 」
