"Your elevator inspection was 3 years expired. None of the ice machines worked. All the front desk employees were rude, they sat on their phones with headphones in when checking people in, when people would walk in they never once looked at them or told them to have a nice stay. For the amount the rooms were I thought it would be nicer. The only friendly employee we encountered was the lady who had breakfast ready for everyone. "

"It was okay for a quick night, but definitely basic. The rooms are a bit sparse—more like a studio apartment than a cozy hotel room—and you have to bring your own extras like coffee or hair dryers. I also noticed some noise from the hallways and a bit of a lingering 'hotel smell,' so it’s fine if you’re saving money, but don't expect luxury."

"This charming 2-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Everything was as pictured and described in the description. Kate is extremely prompt in responding to text messages. The condo is very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I come to the Naples area. Kate is an excellent host!"
