「Jaye is a great Host-Very accommodating. Clean bright rooms, A/C kept the whole place cool in spite of the outdoor temps. Living Rm and Kitchen were nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Thanks Jaye」

Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout the process, and they were very accommodating. The location was perfect for enjoying everything the Rhode Island coast has to offer. 「Breakfast was poor and unsanitary. Room was cramped uncomfortable and completely overpriced. $350 a night for a bed. two lights and no dresser. A window for partial ocean view overlooking a parking lot on the first floor - so couldn’t open the window at all even for the light because no sheers. Don’t believe the pictures online. Floor was damp. Ac worked though.」

「The continental breakfast was fresh and oddly satisfying. The property is situated across the street from the Narragansett Bay. Our room cost almost $1000.00 for 4 nights and the view from our room was of the parking lot and the back of the kitchen If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else.」
