「I got cold shower for two days. That sucks but the other points were good」

Stained sheets, mold and cigarette smoke tar on the walls, fire alarms and smoke detectors has bags taped around them, the window was broken with a hole in it, smelled strongly like cigarettes. I slept on the car instead cause they would not give me a refund.」

「We booked and fully paid for 2 rooms to stay 3 nights about 4 months ago. When we drove there and tried to check in at 4pm (check in time is 3pm), only one was available. Receptionist just gave an excuse that they are short staffs and will let us know once it is done or we can cancel the whole booking together. What kind of business was it? The rooms were dirty and smelly. Toilet in one room can be barely flushed. My children have to come to use ours. Our room in on the first floor so not sure...
