"It's an old hotel so the facilities are old and at times it felt like at was staying at my grandparents old place in the countryside, but it grew on me and the staff were friendly enough. Also the location was convenient for my conference at the Scottish Event Campus. It is a bit of a walk from the city center though. There is a grocery store and several restaurant nearby too. Great little take-away pizza parlor too. "

"内装は新しくきれいでしたが、なぜか予約した2部屋とも金庫が使えませんでした。1部屋の金庫は操作盤が破壊されて基板がむき出しの状態、もう一部屋の金庫は閉めることができない状態でした。また、受付の人たちは外国人旅行客とはコミュニケーションをとるのが面倒なのか、ロクに挨拶もせずにチェックインに目の前の機械を使うよう目で促されて非常に不愉快でした。お掃除の人たちは感じ良かったです。 それでも受付と金庫に目をつぶればお部屋は新しくきれいでベッドの寝心地も空調もバスルームも快適でロケーションも良く非常に安く泊まれたのでまた泊まりたいと思います。"
