"I stayed 23/12/25 - 29/12/25. The hotel as a whole was excellent. Although there are no hot drink facilities in the room, the reception staff are there to assist 24/7! They supplied hot drinks whenever required, and were giving out biscuits and shortbread over Christmas too! I had breakfast on Christmas Day, but ate out on the other mornings. It was ample for a Continental breakfast. The only thing I would like to see improved in the room would be to have a comfy chair or two. There was a kind of fishing chair, and a hard stool with a back which was kept fixed to the wall. Neither of these chairs were comfy for very long. I ‘borrowed’ a chair from the breakfast/dining room, which was fine and very comfy for watching tv during the evenings. The bedding and towels were changed every three days. The towels were huge and very soft. Thank you for a lovely stay! Kind regards, Angela "
