「We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.」

"We liked the location. It was close to both bus station and metro station. The bus stop was a bit tricky to find though. It was behind the building, and there’s a short cut pass between the buildings. But buses delayed often and a bit more expensive. We liked metro though. The station was less than 10 minutes walk and it was quite punctual, clean and reasonable.
We didn’t like the bathroom. It smelled, and maybe because it was accessible for wheelchairs, but we didn’t like the all flat bath even without a shower curtain.
