"Great location to beach but unknowingly booked it the weekend of the pride parade so there was extra noise from the parade set up early in the morning. Most of the staff were very helpful and a few were nice but a little clueless. I liked that they had multiple pools and dining options."

"I had an amazing stay at Loews Miami Beach Hotel! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of everything on South Beach. I especially loved the little extras like their movie nights, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. Being just steps from the beach was a huge plus, and having access to bikes was such a great touch to explore the area. Overall, I had such a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!"

"Easy access to the beach and broadwalk. They had beach chairs and towels available for our use. The room had basic kitchen items like a frying pan, silverware, and a tea kettle. The stovetop was useful. The room could have benefitted from some hooks to hang things up like towels/washrags however that is minor. There were minor maintenance things that would enhance the rooms conditions. Overall, the staff was great and very helpful. We only had one snafu and that was when we arrived, we were early. They didn't have our room ready and said they would call us when it was ready. I never received a call so when we made it back and inquired, they said it was ready and that they tried to call. No missed calls. No big deal though. We were in room 53 which had a nice balcony area, large sitting room, kitchen/dining room and then the bathroom and the bedroom. Was very spacious and worth the wait. I would recommend this facility if you wanted easy access to the beach and the broadwalk. "

"Pros: Staff and management were incredible. Very kind, helpful, accommodating! The location was great for beach lovers. The restaurant waitress was beyond busy but she always had a smile. Cons: Poor Value for the costs!!! We arrived early and were told the room was ready (yeah) but then was told it would cost $75 extra! While the facility was recently renovated, the rooms have a VERY strong odor of sewage or mildew. We were moved to a room next to a small pool with deck but the pool was closed each day and we even had to leave the loungers because the staff was training in the pool. The window faced the street and since it’s located close to a fire station, we heard loud sirens all night-as well as cars honking, motorcycles, loud music from the street. If you’re a light sleeper-request a room away from the front. The cost for valet was $60 per night so be prepared! If you’re attending Tortuga, beware! It only makes sense to stay here if you have VIP. The main entrance is about a mile away and you have to walk or pay for a golf cart. The food and drinks were OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. $22 for a coffee and muffin; $70 for two basic bar drinks. You’re better off going a few blocks down to Shorely. The staff get an A +, the value for the cost gets an F although it was Tortuga weekend so I’m sure they just want to make $$. I get it but still feel totally ripped off for what we got. "
