"it was a fantastic hotel"

"This place has the makings of a great hotel, but the bar below, the unhelpful owner, and the uncleanliness of the place ruins it. The bar was open until 4am, pumping music loud into the night, the owner was unaccommodating, theres no staff on the location after 4pm, and the room has many issues while lacking many of the basic amenities. The staff tries to be helpful, I really think its an ownership issue. The location however, is 10/10. I would recommend to look elsewhere and I would never stay here again. In fact, I had to move locations after the first night because of the aforementioned issues. Thanks to Expedia for the excellent service in getting me out of this place and to a much nicer hotel."

"From check in to check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. 3rd time staying and again enjoyed my stay. Only think I would suggest is they get some sort of plastic cover or protector to add to the bottom of the shower door. A lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor near the sink. Just one small thing to look in too. Bar was accessible and convient, pool view this time was still great, will for sure stay again in future visits."

"From the outside of the property I was a little worried but our room was very clean and nice and all the staff was very friendly. Loved the outside seating as well. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to South Beach. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Overall a very good experience and hotel. Its affordable and close to the beach, the breakfast is ok not amazing but there are so many places around that you could find good food. The property is clean and the staff’s are helpful. The rooms are tiny but again you can’t be expecting so much from a hotel that is in south beach, affordable and clean."

"Clean and paint your rooms. The view is excellent. Pool party was nice. Lobby is remodeled. The rooms have declined severely. I would pay $150 more per night for remodeled rooms. Its a shame because this hotel was a go to for us 7 years ago. "
