「宿泊の予約以降は、予約内容の確認や変更、タクシーの予約などはホテルと直接、英語のメールで行いましたが、きめ細かに、かつ無駄なく対応してくれました。チェックイン時から対応が的確、親切で、どの従業員さんも笑顔が絶えず、利用して本当に良かったです。実は、家族の一人が電車の網棚にリュックを忘れてきてしまったのですが、受付の方が親切に鉄道会社と交渉してくれ、ホテルに届けてもらうことができ、パスポートなどの貴重品が無事だったという経験もしました。ビジネスライクなホテルも多い中、親身になって適切に対応してくれるホテルはなかなかないかと思います。部屋も広く、インテリアもセンスよく、清潔、快適で癒やされました。イングリッシュガーデンや施設なども美しく清潔で、周辺の景観の素晴らしさと相まって、最高の滞在でした。是非また滞在したいと思います。」

We are really happy with the service. We do recommend this place for anyone who would like a quiet and peaceful getaway from city life.」
