「I am a Japanese but stayed in Wollongong several times. The room is neat and tidy.
I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much.
The bistro together with the pub is cozy.
