「Disappointing experience I was quite disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn New York, especially considering the amount we paid. The first two days were fine and our room was cleaned normally. 「大変綺麗な部屋で快適でした。一階の入口のオートロックの番号は、メールで来ましたが、部屋のドアの番号がわからず、困りました。たまたまNY在住で英語が話せる人が一緒だったので電話してもらい番号を教えてもらいましたが、とても不便さを感じました。 また外出中に誰か入ったらしく、充電器やライトが置いてあり、何も頼んでないので、勝手に入られ驚きました。あらかじめ知らせて頂けたらと思います。」

「Pretty nice building. Not around many shops, but right next to the highway so it was easy get to places if needed. Only downside is it was not clear on how to get into the amenities area. I did not know the code to the room was used to get in. Other than that, this place was very nice and spacious.」
