"Loved the views from the pool area and balcony of the room. Located on top of the mountain so takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the main town. It would be nice if the free shuttle service was hourly. If you want to go to town other than when the shuttle is scheduled, you have to pay 40 euros additional. Only 1 restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was very good. "

"this is an excellent property in which to stay. Seaview from the dining room and access to the beach area was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and very nice various assisting in every way. The only thing that I would like to critique is there is no place to open up your suitcases, and no option for storage of clothing during your stay the closet is very tiny. There were no dressers to put clothing in and storage of suitcases. Didn’t have a place to open except for the bed and no storage for them. Otherwise, we would come back to this property it was wonderful. The staff was amazing in both the reception area and restaurant "

"We loved this hotel, wonderful staff, lovely room, great breakfast, gorgeous gardens and pool. only issue for room #104 is it is noisy, particularly if you have door or window open. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. But we were only here one night so was fine. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "

"It is a lovely hotel with fantastic views over the bay. The stuff was fantastic-,kind and caring. Room was a bit small and the partial sea view did not really show any sea. But we could enjoy fantastic views during the dinner. But the hitel is far away from central Sorrento, and though they run a shuttle bus, it often was inconvenient . The taxis cost there a fortune- a unreal rip Off. And we regretted that we had hang board. The food for half board dinners was like in a state school- awful. It was much better to take it from the main menu which was eatable. "
