「Beautiful seaside resort」

「Really run-down place and not well maintained. Rats on property. Bed cover was in such bad shape it should have been recycled several years ago. No remote control for the TV in room. Shower in unpleasant condition. I would not recommend this property.」

「Front desk staff very helpful and on top of transfers. Kitchen lady was a very rude little old lady. Wouldn’t even let me get a coffee 15 minutes before breakfast opened and all food was out and we were leaving for an excursion. Deck by pool is great but pool is very old and basic. Front of hotel looks really nice but sides look like it belongs in a war torn city. Air conditioning is ok not great at all. Very good views. Great sandwich shop and market just up the road to walk to.」

「I came to Sorrento for a short stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. My partner emailed the hotel and I also left a message on the booking to see if there was anything they could do. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday. The bathroom was not renovated as per current pictures and was tired and yellow. Room very basic, but I find this standard in Italy so no...
