「Beautiful place」

「A creatively decorated hotel, as its name would suggest. Clean and comfortable. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. However, some of the details had form over function: the clothing rod was located too high for a 5’5” person to reach the hangers; the bathtub floor had no mat or material to prevent slipping and also necessitated holding onto the tub faucet when climbing in or out of the high-sided tub. The bed pillows were exceptionally firm and we found them uncomfortable. Breakfast was...

「The staff were all kind and we felt very comfortable even with small children. The view is fantastic and you can enjoy seafood in the hotel restaurant as well.」

「The staff are wonderful people, always eager to help and never come short of making sure you are looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the room are cleaned in a blink of an eye, spotless. They need screen for the balcony doors as house flies were all over the place, it's a plague I must say all over the place but manageable though. Screen doors will go a long way in」

「Although hotel is located up in the hills, the property offers a free shuttle bus from the closest station and the scenery from the hotel was spectacular, so great! Room was very spacious and clean - better than posted pictures in Expedia! I highly recommend and hope to visit there again! Hotel staff also tried to talk us in Japanese so also recommendable to Japanese」

「Excellent hospitality!!」

「We stayed again this Hotel for three nights late June. Last time four years ago. Service and hospitality were sophisticated further. Breakfast was kept excellently. Incredible volume of fruit and sweets. Enjoying superb breakfast at the balcony was unforgettable experience. Tile flooring of bed room and tiles of bath room were maintained beautifully and kept cleanness. Color of tiles were blue, although yellow at the previous stay. We love both. Good TV and WIFI system. Highly...

「Great place. Great team. No heating system end of October. No tea/coffee seeting in room. No Iron in hotel. No pressure announcement of closing swimming pool. Clean rooms.」

「The best ever property in my experience」
