「We had a great 2 week stay at Villa Duchessa d'Amalfi. First, our host Gaetano was amazing. He arranged boat trips, wine tours, cooking classes and cars for us. And was generally very helpful and super responsive on Whatsapp if anything came up. The place itself was beautiful. The terrace overlooking the ocean was huge and well appointed. We tended to spend mornings and evenings out on the terrace enjoying coffee or a light meal. The pictures are accurate but can't really do the terrace...

「Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at Villa Donna Rachele. The biggest issue was the AC, which was basically nonexistent during a HEAT WAVE. The rooms were extremely uncomfortable. We raised the issue, but maintenance was only offered after I stated that the lack of response would be reflected in my review—and even then, they offered to send someone on the day we were leaving.
There were also ants everywhere, including in the bed. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the shower in the bedroom...
