Great hotel, superb location, stunning views, I mean eating breakfast and overlooking the Bay of Naples, just top class. Accommodation was superb, fantastic room and balcony with sea view and all the staff were helpful and friendly and all in all just a top good vibes place to stay. Good times

The staff are helpful, and the cleaning lady clean the room and fix the bed every day. I’m disappointed, that they assigned room to us is under the restaurant and lobby, so it was noisy we hear every time they move chairs. Also the location is far from the train station.

We stayed in August in the family room, it was a very large two bedroom two bathroom, with mini fridge in both, came with plenty of towels and pool towels. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to make everyone happy Great cocktails to have at the bar overlooking the water Close walk to main town sorrento and ferry ports to capri, positano and amalfi Great room, great location, superb staff Will definitely stay again

Amazing hotel em Sorrento! Me and my wife stayed in for 4 nights as our hub in the Amalfi Coast and the hotel is just great! Great views, pool is very nice, good breakfest with views also! We loved it!

Great hotel option in Sorrento - very helpful staff, loved the pool with a view, and wonderful breakfast included for guests. The only thing to beware of, depending how you arrive in Sorrento, is that it’s a pretty long, sweaty walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage. And a taxi is surprisingly expensive for the short ride.

This hotel was awesome. The location is great. It close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was fun too! The hotel had a nice patio area to sit out on and have a drink. The pool area and lounge chairs were fantastic as you got to look over the city to the sea. The breakfast was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Rivage and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and felt updated throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The views were beautiful, and I loved spending time by the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and had great scenery. The location was also fantastic—close enough to easily walk to the main strip and center of Sorrento while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I truly have no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Sorrento.

The property location was great and the rooms were updated. Both bathroom drains - the shower and sink were clogged. The shower pressure was not good when turning the hot water on. The fridge turns off when the key is not in the room. The breakfast should have had more variety. They had other options but you had to pay for it. For the money spent it was not up to expectations.

The hotel is located near the shopping and restaurants. It has fantastic view of the Bay of Naples. The staff are friendly especially the morning crew at the breakfast buffet (Ana). Stated 5 night and will definitely come back at this hotel.
