「Staff was sooo nice and helpful. The property has great views and roomed smelled so nice. Was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. They have central air. Transportation is convenient, bus stop is a 4 min walk, only thing is this walk is kind of scary for us lol there’s no sidewalks to get there and you are walking in a road where cars pass by, but I think the drivers are use to ppl passing by because everyone was walking on the road with no issues. The bus and train stations are like 15 min...

「We had an excursion planned and used the free hotel shuttle to get to the center of Sorrento. The excursion was from 5:30-730. The return shuttle we booked for 8:30. We called the hotel to find out the pick up location and was told we were not at the 7:30 pick up. We informed them we booked for 8:30 not 730. They lied and said we booked for 730. And there was nothing they could do about it. Cost us over $50 to get back.」

「母と２度目の滞在、４泊しました。 港から近いのでエレベーターを使えば楽に到着しますし、カプリ島はもちろんポジターノやアマルフィもバスで行くよりで便利で快適に移動できます。なによりお部屋や朝食会場からの景色が素晴らしいです。崖下のビーチから聞こえてくる歓声もリゾート気分を上げてくれます、が、言ってしまえば、ここのホテルの良いところはそのくらい。 お部屋の冷蔵庫はきかないし、ポットもない（ルームサービスを使えというコトでしょうが）少々古臭さは否めません。朝食はタルトの種類は多いけれど、特別美味しいわけでもない（悲しいかなカプチーノすらも！） 時期のせいか、欧米のお年寄りが多く滞在しているようでした。のんびりゆったりのリゾートホテルの印象です。ただフロント、レストランのスタッフはアジア人には冷たい感じ。チェックアウトの際、お釣りをごまかされた時には久々にガッカリしました。ここ数年、イタリアが好きで出かけていますが、そんなこと無かったので。」

「We stayed again this Hotel for three nights late June. Last time four years ago. Service and hospitality were sophisticated further. Breakfast was kept excellently. Incredible volume of fruit and sweets. Enjoying superb breakfast at the balcony was unforgettable experience. Tile flooring of bed room and tiles of bath room were maintained beautifully and kept cleanness. Color of tiles were blue, although yellow at the previous stay. We love both. Good TV and WIFI system.
