"We traveled to Sonoma for a girls weekend and this home was perfection. Very clean, plenty of space for everyone (7 adults), and very well equipped. It was super hot when we visited, so we made great use of the gorgeous pool. We had zero hiccups and everything had clear instructions and was very easy to use/figure out (thermostat, pool cover, etc). The home was also very close to the walking/biking trail to town and we walked to and from daily for meals, shopping, and bike rentals. We were so impressed with everything and had an amazing stay."

Charming Newcomb Cottage Downtown Sonoma

"The cottage is charming, clean, and quite spacious. The outdoor garden and patio and wraparound porch provide great places to relax and chill, as one should in wine country! It was a short walk ( about 8 blocks) to the downtown square. There are numerous outstanding restaurants to enjoy....Tge Girl and the Fig, La Salette, Tasca Tasca and La Casa, to name a few. We had a great day visiting wineries through Platypus Tours. They pick you up and drop you off at your door. We also ubered to Napa and strolled around the sights there along with more wine tasting. Then a full day of relaxation at the cottage. We would highly recommend the charming cottage on Newcomb and hope to visit again soon."

The staff were generally quite good. The breakfast is very simple. Parking is excellent with options for both courtyard and basement. While most people choose the courtyard, in hot weather the basement parking is a real bonus."
