(The host promised an inflatable mattress for one of our family members, but, despite acknowledging reminders, failed to make it available and failed to respond to repeated messages seeking assistance. Our family member resorted to sleeping on a small couch.)...

「The host was great, and very responsive to any questions or information we needed. The location was just right for wht we were in town for, with a great price to match! We just had a small issue with the the mini-splits either being way too hot or way too cold. We did figure this out with help from the host, but it seems like all of the units need to be off and turn the unit in the back bedroom, without the tv in it, on first to be able to change between heating and cooling on any of them.
