「First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. 「Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. 」

「I reserved this property and paid the initial down payment. I had until a certain date to get a full refund should I decide to cancel. I never received any communication that the reservation was confirmed at all, either from Expedia or the host of this property until after the date of a full refund. Then I received only that the rest of the payment was due. I told them, since I didn't hear from them, I booked another property in St. Pete and asked for a refund of the initial down payment....
