「Unfortunately our room (which was very nice) was next to the laundry room. At least two times around 1:00 am and 2:00 am, someone was slamming doors which woke my husband and myself up from a restful sleep. We also were hearing loud noises, and were not sure if it was the washing machine, or the elevators. Maybe suggest a sign for the laundry room for washing times from 7 am-10 pm. Next time we will ask not to get a room next to the laundry room and elevators.」

「The room was nice, clean and updated. Great stay and close to race course for rowing regatta. Rolled out of bed to drop off my rower and then came back to sleep a few more hours.」

「1) There is something I could not clean on the granite countertop to the left of the stove.; 2) All 3 of the shower amenities need to be filled. There was enough body wash but the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Other than the issues above our stay was excellent. But maybe, since it’s getting colder maybe the continental breakfast could include packets of hot chocolate, packets of hot apple cider. That sort of thing. I am allergic to coffee so it would have been nice to have a hot beverage...

「People were friendly and helpful. The room was in a noisy location and the mattress was uncomfortable had dips in the middle. The garbage containers in the area were being emptied around 5 in the morning.」

「Wonderfull location. Set back off the Main Street so very quiet. We were greeted right away and checked in within minutes of arriving. They were also able to accommodate our request for ground floor.」

「Staff named Sky was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent」
