"The shower / bath had not been cleaned the door handle was for the toilet was broken I was told that the room I booked was facing the ocean well not the case at all and there was not even a toaster in the room or plates or bowls or knives or forks absolutely appalling and I’m going to be looking for a full refund of my money I know that they don’t tell you when you book the room online that you also get stung for the parking that should be provided in the price of the room not charge extra to the customer because you can’t park on the street anywhere"

"The location is outstanding in the views are to die for however the property is not consistent across the apartments and the level of quality you get. It’s getting tired and needs a refresh. Appliance is not working. Taps hard to turn on. The simple luxuries that you normally have at home anyway yet when you go away you pay five star price and you get three star return."
