"Pro's: Ease of check-in and friendly reception (prebooked and paid via wotif.com). One parking space included in the fee. Perfect location for conferences at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Location. Location. Location. Restaurants and beach close by. Rm 2403 on 4th floor in July. Fully self-contained. Room much larger than expected. Three balconies- 1 from master double bedroom, 1 from living area, small one off single bed 'extra room'. Foxtel tv, free WiFi. Shower had excellent water pressure, tho water leaked a little too readily outside the glass screen/door. Super comfortable bedding. Reverse cycle air-conditioning in bedroom and main lounge area. Overhead fan in bedroom (excellent for menopausal ladies at 3am!) Overall, a pleasant stay. Con's: In-house toiletries included a tiny sample sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner (I brought my own), one small square of soap, and a tiny packet of pocket tissues. These days, one would expect eco-friendly wall mounted bulk containers of body wash, shampoo /conditioner +/- body moisturiser. A BOX of tissues would be nice. Sachets of instant coffee & black tea provided, but howzabout some herbal tea options? The main bedroom side tables, lamp and remote controls had a layer of dust and some stray black hairs (eeeuuuww). Saturday night sounds of 'drag racing', sirens and a soft 'doof doof' from a night club close by kept me awake until the late hours, tho' it IS the GC.. In sum, I would return. Just a little more prepared."

"Our new favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast. Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight with a separate section for Gluten free which had lots of options and made my coeliac husband extremely happy."

"Great location close to shops, conference centre, star casino short walk. Very close to beach. Lots of food venues nearby. Almost at tram stop, North Broadbeach. Third bedroom had been added in so living space was a bit crammed with too much furniture. Everything well supplied, although Extra dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets would have been helpful especially for week long stays. Washing machine and dryer good to have available. Super amenities at venue. Stayed here before. Came back due to location and accomodation"
