「We had broken toilet seats that were not replaced and a towel with holes in them, which is not what we expected of a 4star property. The pool was great and overall had a great week.」

「Brand new apartment, great view - saw whale blows on arrival ;), great location, great amenities on L3」

「Comfy bed, convenient location to tram. Duvet hadn't been washed and was covered in patches of something unidentifiable.」
