"Great hotel to expend the weekend with little kids"

"The motel is very rundown and over priced. The windows rattled all night. The Stairs up to our room look like they are ready to collapse. The room smelt like spices. The pictures on the website are very creative photography. Plaster wall patches behind every bed and the carpet is very old and dirty. We felt like leaving straight away. We are so disappointed with the accommodation as a family of five ( 2 adults and 3 children). I took pictures of everything."

"On arrival, our family suite was clean and well presented. It had all the necessities such as full kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor amenities. Woolworths and pharmacy is a short 5min walk down the road which made things super convenient. The staff are very friendly and notified us when our room was ready for check in. Would definitely recommend and book here again next time we are in the Gold coast."

"I loved staying on the 40th floor, spectacular views morning and night. Loved that each room in our 3 bedroom condo had some sort of view of the ocean and that there were 3 bathrooms!! It was nice having plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, clean towels and supplies in the kitchen. (And hair dryers) The Hilton staff was warm and professional. I would clarify the elevator scenario up front. Example condo rentals are included in "Resident" floors. Otherwise it was in the hub of Surfer's Paradise, couldn't get any better than that."
