"Good experience"

"We stayed at Ocean Pacific Resort for five days and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or advertised standard. We arrived late in the evening, and at first glance the room appeared tidy. However, in daylight the condition of the apartment was disappointing. Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: The kitchen contained dirty dishes, cups, and cutlery on arrival. This is unacceptable for a property marketed as 4.5 stars. The dishwasher was faulty (the upper shelf would not close properly). We saw cockroaches in the kitchen at night. Pillowcases appeared unclean and may not have been changed. Amenities & Supplies: Only one small dishwashing liquid sachet and one dishwasher powder were provided for three adults over five days. Minimal toiletries were supplied (2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash). Only one small carton of milk was provided on arrival. Laundry supplies were also very limited (2 sachets total). Housekeeping: Rooms are only serviced for stays of 8 days or more. For our 5-day stay, no cleaning was provided, leaving the room dusty. General Condition: Furniture is worn, stained, and outdated. The room was cold at night despite using the air conditioning. The shower design was inconvenient (no proper door, slippery tiles, weak water pressure). Overall Experience: By the end of the stay, it felt like we were expected to clean and maintain the apartment ourselves, rather than being treated as guests."

"Wasn’t happy there was dirty underwear and socks under the bed from previous people! Yuck No tea or coffee sugar or biscuits and no shampoo conditioner etc which is complementry is all motels"

"Lovely room but the customer service is very poor. The woman at reception when we checked was really rude. A simple question seemed to annoy her. The parking situation is a nightmare. We were stuck at the star boom gate for almost 20 minutes as they said we hadn’t paid, when we did. "

"Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel."

"The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very central in the area with everything close by. Staff were extremely helpful. To be honest I could not fault it."

"The unit was clean but there were no blankets for cold nights even the ones provided by the room services were as very poor quality . The afterhours checkin was very confusing, I had to take a long walk to the hotel to be checked in which was not really great. The dining options for breakfast was very restricted , poor quality food compared to 2 years ago when we lodged in."
