I thought the room was well equiped, reasonably priced, spacious and having a balcony was nice. Our King bed was comfortable and the room had old style charm with a lot of wooden cabinetry and greenstone floor/ wall tiles. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. A great spot on the highway, just next to the tram station. Staff were friendly, helpful and made check-in and check-out very easy. Bed was soft and comfortable and the bathrooms were more than suitable. Very easy to change any bookings with some great communication. Only downside was that the pool wasn’t open. Will be staying again in the future.

I didn't like waking up at 3am to be evacuated This was extremely stressful without any explanation as to why.. We couldn't get back to sleep and my wife wasn't happy. I think a free night accommodation will cheer her up
