The suite was nice and had a great ocean view. Good location with heaps of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Maybe just make the listings on expedia a bit more clear regarding whether or not the rooms come with house keeping services.

The location was convenient, staff were good. There was a problem with the air conditioner. It kept turning off randomly, especially at night. The staff did look into it but then the weather cooled down so it wasn’t so much an inconvenience but as the warmer weather comes it might be an issue.

Great stay, the reception staff were amazing. Room was super spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Didn’t notice much noise from outside which was great. I didn’t realise each tower has its own pool and one of the pools shown on the listing we didn’t get to use which was a shame and a tad misleading. Overall I would stay back at peppers.
