Recently renovated to a high standard. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Well appointed with cooking facilities, wifi, smart tv, ac, free tea coffee hot chocolate, free parking, spacious room and amazing shower. Sylvia park is walkable distance.

Good location in Mermaid beach. Not a few minutes walk from the beach which is a minus. Pretty good accomodation and clean. Stuff in the reception were nice but didn't speak good English and couldn't help us a lot , but overall experience was good, good location, convenient parking and clean room with all the needs.

Clean, Comfortable, Great location

Our room was clean and had good amenities for a stay (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery). The pool was very clean. The service at check-in and checkout and during the stay was great. Located in a nice area with lovely beach, lots of dining options, 2 shopping centres nearby and the tram stop.

The location is great. It is a ,5 minute walk from the beautiful beach and also 5 minute walk from the broadbrach station that will hook u up with gold coast airport and the Brisbane air trains. Good restaurants in area. Motel itself has everything u need. Pool was good

After a three night stay , The mattress in room 10 on the first night , I could feel the springs and there was no internet or cable tv plus the room smelled strange on arrival ,I thought there was a turd left in the toilet. room 3 & room 4 were better , better bed better smell too . Over all it wasn’t an unpleasant stay it was pleasant apart from room 10.
