Also, I sent message to ask for help, I didn't get any responses from the hotel. The bottom part of washroom sink was not properly connected with the floor, when I opened the water , water leaking all over. The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)"

"This is my second stay at Olle Tourist Hotel three years apart and each stay was perfect! My room was super clean and comfortable and the hosts went over and beyond to help with information about places we wanted to visit. This meant so much to us because I had a knee injury and they helped me know how to navigate the island of Jeju with my limitations. The host was so kind and lovely. If I return to Jeju God willing I will stay at Olle Tourist Hotel again. "
