The hotel smelled pleasant throughout, from the entrance to the elevator and hallways - I enjoyed this. One small improvement would be adding a bell at the reception desk. There seemed to be someone inside the office, but it was often difficult to know if staff were available, which felt a bit inconvenient at...

"Lovely resort and the lodges are very cute and cosy. The staff guided us to our pension in a cart as it's big. There's even a trail for walks and a horse surrounded by tangerine trees. Wish we booked to stay for longer ! Only thing was the kettle was made of plastic and smelled of burning plastic when boiling water. There's not much around so maybe prepare food before coming. "
