Extremely comfortable bed, spacious room

It was very spacious and comfortable, tea, kettle and microwave provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. The environment was scenic and quiet and location near beautiful sights.

Very friendly staff, they helped in arranging all transportation to move around in Seongsan. The hotel location is absolutely beautiful on the Seopjikoji peninsula, it has views comparable to all the best views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Do not miss the hotel Korean restaurant.

리조트가 넓어서 답답하지 않아서 좋아요. 산책로가 특히 좋아서 두번째 예약한건데 이번엔 날씨가 안 좋아서 조금 아쉽긴 했어요

가족 3인 방문했어요~ 결론은 매우매우 만족입니다:)) 저희처럼 힐링여행 쉼여행의 취지라면 더욱 추천드리고 싶어요. 수영장/사우나(무료), 키즈 라운지(무료) 및 키즈 클래스(유료)도 운영해서 아이 심심치않고 저희도 모처럼 잘 쉬었네요~ 조식도 맛있어요!! 바로 걸어서 섭지코지, 유민 미술관은 꼭 들르시고요. 10분거리 성산일출봉 말모죠. 근처 아쿠아리움도 있어 3박 4일 알차게 보내다 갑니당!!

돈값못하는숙소

전체적으로 신경을 안쓰고 객실을 내준 느낌이엇어요 ㅠ 이전에 묵었을때 기억이 좋아서 다시 방문했는데, 에어컨 청소도 안되어잇고 고장도 나있는 방을 점검없이 그냥 내어준 건 좀 아닌것갘아요. 물론 방을 바꿔주시김 했지만 아쉽네요. 더불어 라운지 마감이 11신데 9시 50분쯤 가서 주문하니까 싫은 티를 팍팍내면서 아주 불친절하게 응대하더라구요. 매우 불쾌했습니다.

제주 휘닉스 아일랜드. 성산일출봉 인근 섭지로에 위치한 자연친화적인 리조트 다녀왔어요. 룸상태 청결하고 다니는 곳 쾌적합니다. 숙소는 밤에 시설물 작동 소리가 계속들려서 잠들기 불편했지만 상시 따뜻합니다. 편의점도 24시간 운영되고 코인 세탁실도 있어요. 주차장은 동별 게이트가 설치돼 있습니다. 자리는 크게 혼잡하지는 않게 구비된듯합니다. 조식 말고 이벤트 석식 코지 뷔페 이용했어요. 이틀 메뉴가 조금씩 다르면서 다양했고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 수영장 물 항시 따뜻하고 연결된 구조로 실내 실외 모두 있어요. 수영장사우나 출입구는 하나로 통합돼 있는데 그곳 데스크에 있는 직원은 불친절했습니다. 그리고 이름을 두번 물어봤고 객실 번호도 두번 물어봤는데, 숙박 고객인지 아닌지 의심하는건가라는 생각이 들어 불쾌했습니다.
