"Staff is so helpful, beds were comfortable and room was calm and lovely. Best hotel I've stayed aT! Centrally located, beautiful, easy to walk everywhere and the breakfast is so good we never ate anywhere else. Seriously fabulous breakfast buffet! "

"I didn't enjoy sleeping on the hard plastic wrapped bed. Very sterile and stripped down. I also hated that there was no hot water kettle or coffee maker in the room. It was a pain having to walk to the lobby for hot water. The breakfast was good though "

"I stayed one night in Palermo, and since it’s almost impossible to find a hotel with parking in the city center, this hotel was a great find. It offers free parking, which is a huge advantage. The rooms are large and comfortable, the price is very affordable, and the reception staff is warm and friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."
