「Very wide and clean room.」

「GOOD HOTEL」

「Decent location. Kind staff.」

「This would have been an all over 'excellent' save for one issue immediately resolved by staff. The window catches in the ground floor room I was given which overlooked the garden could not be shut and locked to secure the room from the outside. As soon as I reported this, however, I was immediately offered another secure equally good room so it was resolved - the cleaning staff must have known but had not alerted management who were unaware till I drew it to its attention. That literally was...

「The facility is old but the stuffs are courtesy.」

「Great location, friendly staff and great food at reasonable prices.」

「Room was small, and has a funny metal frame around the TV which partially blocks the already small passageway past the end of the bed. Predictably, we crashed into it in the middle of the night. Bar snacks were dreadful - we had foccaccia and olives. Olives were cheap quality and the foccaccia fingers were dry and crumbly (clearly pre-frozen). Outrageous prices given the poor quality so we abandoned our plan to stay for dinner and went elsewhere.」
