「This is a wonderful property managed by lovely owners Brian and Sherry. They are a lovely kind couple. They made sure our needs at the breakfast table were catered. They had gone out the previous night to buy vegan bread, vegan cream and cheese just for us. This property does not have a fancy gym or a pool, but the hospitality you get here is not there even with a 7-star hotel. We will sure come back to stay at Brian and Sherry's Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended for the unique experience.」

「This is our 4th time staying there. Always convenient when you have things to do at UT. We didn't get the VIP perk this time for some reasons. Also there are construction activities happening next to the hotel as it is the case throughout the city these days. So can be annoying particularly if you use the parking garage or the room is located on that side of the building. Other than that our stay was as usual great. Friendly staff and housekeeping on point.」

「Everything about my stay here was excellent except the bartenders in the bar on 6/28. Came back to the hotel and waited at the bar for like almost 15 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. There were two bartenders and every customer at the full bar had drinks. The male bartender wasn't doing much while the lady was slowly doing little things. He noticed I was patiently waiting and kept just passing me up. Finally the lady bartender took my order and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted...
「We stayed at the hotel for a training I had at UT. The hotel was clean, safe and close to the campus. The staff was attentive and I was surprised about how good the evening Kickback meals were. It was nice to not have to plan where to go for dinner. Very convenient having dinner in the lobby. I would stay there again. 」
「Great staff! We came for our anniversary in July 2025. They upgraded our room and had fruit and champagne waiting for us in our room. Their restaurant was great. We really enjoyed the Mac and cheese and flatbreads they offered. Would stay at a Omni hotel again. 」
「I had a great time at Hilton canopy, the location was awesome and there were several restaurants within walking distance. At night it was definitely lively and there would’ve been plenty of bars for me to go to if I wasn’t so cozy in the room. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean, I can’t say enough about how polite and engaging the staff was. I would absolutely Choose to stay here again on my next trip to Austin in a couple months.」
